Pricing depends on the size of the area and the level of grime. Generally, a standard double driveway starts around $150 - $250. For a more accurate quote, I provide free, no-obligation on-site inspections in Ascot and surrounding suburbs to ensure there are no "hidden" costs. 

 Not when done correctly. We use professional-grade adjustable pressure equipment. For delicate surfaces like sandstone or older render, we use a "Soft Wash" technique—this uses specialized cleaning solutions to kill mould and algae without the need for high-impact pressure that can cause chipping. 

 A standard home pressure washer (often called a gurney) usually has a low flow rate. Our commercial system delivers 30 litres per minute at 3000 PSI. This high volume of water is what actually "flushes" the dirt out of the pores of your concrete, rather than just moving it around. 

No, as long as I have access to an external water tap and the areas being cleaned are clear. Most of my clients in the North Brisbane area are busy professionals, so I can complete the job while you are at work and send you "Before & After" photos once finished. 

 In the humid Brisbane climate, we recommend a professional clean every 12 to 18 months. This prevents black mould and algae from becoming a slip hazard and keeps your property’s curb appeal at its peak. 

 Please ensure all vehicles are moved off the driveway, outdoor furniture is moved away from the area, and any pets are safely inside. I’ll handle the rest, including pre-treating the area for the best possible result.
